My background in product management shapes how I approach design. I think about problems in terms of impact, trade-offs, and outcomes—not just interfaces. That means aligning design work with the business goals behind it.

User Research

The heart of great design. It starts with understanding people. I enjoy getting face time with users; running interviews, usability tests, and digging into how people actually behave. Those insights drive the decisions that shape the product.

Accessibility

Accessibility isn’t a checklist, it’s part of designing responsibly. I focus on building experiences that are usable for as many people as possible, considering readability, contrast, navigation, and assistive technologies from the start rather than as an afterthought.

DesignOps

Better products come from better ways of working. I care about improving the systems behind the work—documentation, collaboration, and workflows—so teams can spend less time fighting process and more time building great things.
